I'm having problem with this design, it feels like edges are too sharp and pixalated. It feels like you copy and pasted her hair cause it looks kind out of place the coloring is good but it does feel like copy and paste work and it makes it look bad, its hard to explain but it feels like nothing in this design is working properly, maybe you should rethink the design and try to look at more at manga and other artist.

Personally what i would do is look into the human body and look at the proportions as it will give you a clear view of how the angle and body should be like because it seems even for a cartoon its way too out of place. Also your focus point is the top half which is great how you done that but im confused if the character suppose to be a horse or a cow due to the ears. So look into animal and look how the ears should be like. Also look into your design for little details because the top right ear seems to have some white missing. Sort out the unicorn it seems like its out of place and it makes it look like its fading away. Try again

Overall i would like to that you put some effort into this but it does look like a half ass job but even so well done for trying
